Festival Cubano is a Rain or Shine Event. 1. What are my different options for parking? We have several of self-parking locations around the park as well as a lot located at 2100 N. Natchez Avenue (Natchez & Dickens), we’ll provide free shuttle service from parking lot to main entrance. We strongly encourage carpooling, taxi or public transportation. 2. How much does it cost to attend Festival Cubano? Starting at $10 (Fri, Sat, Sun) Kids ages 12 and under are FREE! 3. Where else can I purchase tickets? Yes, you can also pre-purchase your tickets online. Tickets are available online until Thursday August 10th. Click here to buy your tickets. 4. What time does the festival open & close? FRIDAY: 3pm – 10pm SATURDAY: 12pm – 10pm SUNDAY: 12pm – 10pm 6. How can I become a vendor or sponsor? If you are interested in becoming a Sponsor, Click Here If you are interested in selling Food or Merchandise, Click Here 7. Can I volunteer to help out at the festival? We love volunteers! Fill out the Volunteer from HERE and someone will get back to you promptly. 8. Are bicycles allowed in the park? You can ride your bike to the park but they are not allowed inside the park. Bike racks are conveniently located inside the main entrance directly to the right. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles. Please take the necessary precautions when securing your bike. 9. Can I bring my dog to the park? We believe in safety first, so as long as your dog is friendly and accustomed to large crowds, yes! If you‘re unsure how your dog will behave in this type of setting, it’s best to leave them at home. 10. Can I bring a cooler with food and drinks? Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the park. We want you to enjoy all the festival has to offer, including the delicious food and refreshing beverages. Baby formula and baby food is allowed. 11. What can I bring into the park? Lawn chairs, blankets, & umbrellas. 12. Where is the First Aid tent located? Our First Aid tent is located in the Kids Zone and medical staff is always on site. 13. Where is the lost and found located? We encourage you to bring any lost children to the main stage in order to make a public announcement. For lost items such as cell phones or keys, please visit our First Aid tent located in the Kids Zone. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 14. If I leave do I have to pay to get back in? Festival Cubano has a “No In & Out” policy. Once you leave the park, there is no re-entry unless you purchase a ticket. Only those who have purchased VIP tickets and have their Bracelets on are allowed to go in and out of the Festival grounds. 15. Is Festival Cubano ADA accessible? Our festival meets ADA regulations, and has accessible trails for those in wheelchairs or on crutches
